Roger Federer tearfully retired from Laver Cup 2022 in September, and the absence of a great champion is felt not only by the Swiss’s fans.

Months after his emotional retirement episode (where he cried alongside arch-rival Rafael Nadal), Mr. Perfect wanted to show fans everywhere (in a series of photos) what life looks like for him and his family after saying goodbye to the sport.

In a post on his personal Instagram account, where he is followed by more than 11.5 million people, Roger showed his fans some of the photos that now define his family life.

Over the course of an impressive career, Roger Federer has amassed 20 Grand Slam titles (only Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic, who now hold 22 each, have been surpassed).

The Swiss won eight times at Wimbledon (2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2009, 2012, 2017), six times at the Australian Open (2004, 2006, 2008, 2010, 2017, 2018), five times at the US Open (2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008) and once at Roland Garros (2009).

He also won Olympic gold in men’s doubles (Beijing 2008) and silver in singles (London 2012).
