Production company Warner Bros. presents a closer look at the film’s new official trailer.”Barbie” director Greta Gerwig.

Barbie (Margot Robbie) and Ken (Ryan Gosling) are getting ready to enter the real world on July 21st.

Tired of their daily life in Barbieland (where everyone is called Barbie and Ken), the two of them have to go through an adventure outside their homeland. In the new trailer, Barbie and Ken explore a modern world that is very different from their plastic paradise.

In Venice Beach, California, Barbie is beaten up by a man who harasses her, and later, along with Ken, they end up at the police station with a photo on a tag. Meanwhile, the world on Earth is starting to go crazy with a real-life Barbie walking the streets of Los Angeles.

Gerwig and the film’s cast tried to keep plot details under wraps, but when photos and videos from the Los Angeles set were released, fans began to piece together the pieces of the story.

“I can’t describe our feelings. We seemed to enjoy recognition, but inside we felt that we were dying. It was one of the most humiliating moments in my life,” Robbie told Jimmy Fallon last year.

“I knew we were going to take some shots outside in LA and when you leave the studio the paparazzi come. There is probably a group of people who will notice that we are filming because we stand out in this outfit. I knew that we would attract people’s attention, but not that much, ”said the actress.

Robbie and Gosling are supported by such actors as: Will Ferrell, Connor Swindells, Emerald Fennell, Kate McKinnon, Michael Sira, America Ferrera, Jamie Dimitriou, Sharon Rooney, Emma McKay, Dua Lipa, Kingsley Ben Antir and others.

Gerwig wrote and directed Barbie with her husband Noah Baubach. The film is expected to be released in theaters on July 21, 2023.
