Two people were arrested by the authorities in Thessaloniki for dealing 12 kilograms of heroin. We are talking about a 33-year-old foreigner, the leader of a criminal organization, and a 27-year-old Greek woman, a member of a criminal organization.

In particular, in the evening hours of Tuesday (23.05), the detainees were seen driving a car, which was stopped for checks on the Malgar toll road, and with it a 27-year-old woman had a small amount of raw cannabis and the amount of money was found and confiscated in connection with drug trafficking.

During the subsequent examination of the attackers’ car, 12 kilograms 200 grams of heroin were found, packaged in 25 bags, carefully hidden inside the spare wheel (spare wheel) and confiscated.

Further police investigation revealed that the 33-year-old foreigner, together with the direct accomplice of the 27-year-old foreigner, acquired a large amount of heroin, which they stored and organized its transportation and further trade throughout Greece and mainly in the urban complexes of Thessaloniki and Athens.

It is noted that the 33-year-old arrested in the past already held the police for robberies and thefts with aggravated circumstances in complicity.

The two arrested, against whom a case of a criminal organization combined with a violation of the Law on Drugs, will be taken to the Criminal Prosecutor’s Office of Thessaloniki.
