
Inter Milan won the Coppa Italia final for the second consecutive year after beating Fiorentina 2-1 in a game under Simone Inzaghi.

Fiorentina got the game off to a great start with Argentinian striker Nicolas Gonzalez opening the scoring in the 3rd minute.
The Champions League finalists did not give up and captain Lautaro Martinez turned the score around with a brace before the break, in the 29th and 37th minutes.
The second half brought no changes in the standings, and Simone Inzaghi’s side, the Italian Cup winners, keep their trophy for another year.
Inter Milan reached the final of the Italian Cup 15 times, managing to add the trophy to their record nine times.
