OPKE police arrested three young men aged 16, 19 and 20 on Wednesday evening in Nea Eritrea after attackrobbery and fan violence.

According to EL.AS, on the evening of May 17, a group of about 25 people traveling in two-wheelers and a car approached two people in the Nea Eritrea area. and started insulting them. One of the two, a minor in a team T-shirt, was attacked with an iron fist and wounded.

The two victims managed to get away and the group launched a second attack, this time against 4 people, 3 of whom were minors and belonged to the same group as the people who were attacked the first time.

“They approached them with their features covered, wearing hoods and helmets, holding wooden sticks, knives and an ax in their hands, and after asking them about their fan preferences, they attacked them, wounding them, and took away the mobile phone from one of the victims,” she notes in her statement. OPKE police near the scene of the attack, they noticed two cars in which there were people in hoods. At the sight of the police, their drivers sped away. A little later, the police managed to stop one of the two cars in which the three detainees were driving in the end.

When they were found and seized:

• spray

They were arrested in a spontaneous procedure and taken to the Kifisia Police Station and then to the Sub-Directorate for Combating Violence at Sports Venues, where their involvement in the aforementioned attacks was established and they were arrested.

A criminal case has been initiated against them on robbery, infliction of dangerous bodily harm as an accomplice, violation of public order and violation of the law on weapons, on amateur and professional sports. They were taken to the competent prosecutor’s office.
