At the same time, the passage of citizens on all highways of the country will be free, without paying a fare, in order to facilitate their movement in the parliamentary elections on May 21, 2023, as provided for by the decree of the Deputy Minister of Infrastructure and Transport, responsible for infrastructure, Giorgos Karagiannis.
The free ride will start at 00:00 Saturday, May 20, 2023 and will run until Monday, May 22, 2023 at 08:00 am.
In particular, the passage of cars will be free of charge. and two-wheelers (categories 1 and 2) at front and side toll booths on all major highways in the country:
