Obviously, if a candidate for chancellor succeeds in obtaining a majority among the six internal members, then he can select external members by targeted voting and, finally, be elected chancellor by at least six votes.

However, among four other internal council members, Mr. Tomaidis and Mr. Siassos were reported to have received two votes each.
