“Bear“, the hit series on the Hulu platform returns 22nd of June with the second season.

The popular streaming service has released a trailer with footage from the new series. The first season ended with Chef Carmen (Carmi) Berzato (Jeremy Allen White) and his chefs finding money left behind by his brother Mikey shortly before his death. With their help, they plan to turn The Beef into a new and updated restaurant.

The official description for the second series of episodes is as follows: “Carmi, Sidney and Richie are working on turning their diner into a modern hangout. While dismantling what’s left of the old restaurant, the team is faced with their own personal transformation. Its members are forced to face the past and decide the future. Of course, opening a new restaurant comes with a lot of red tape and other complexities. The transition will also bring a new perspective on hospitality. It will be a challenge for staff to stick together, develop skills and at the same time learn what it means to be of service to both clients and others.”

Bear was a surprise hit for Hulu as fans fell in love with the chaotic yet adorable Carmi.

In addition to White, the cast also includes Abby Elliott, Lionel Boyce, Lisa Colon-Zayas and Matty Matheson. The new episodes will also feature Better Call Saul star Bob Odenkirk.
