“Greece has nothing to lose from a rich and stable Turkey. The question is for Turkey to move away from the logic of neo-Ottoman imposition,” he said.
Commenting on the polls in the neighboring country, the head of the Foreign Ministry recalled that “Turkey is a huge country with a huge depth that is difficult to detect in the polls.”
Speaking about the elections in Greece, he expressed confidence that the “New Democracy” will win the elections, and stressed that he goes to the elections with a clear position, “we do not go to the elections with a proposal for cooperation.” “We do not believe in partnerships, we believe that an independent government of one party, the first party, should form an independent government,” Mr. Dendias stressed.
