Romanians can subscribe from Monday to June 15 through the Romanian Post, directly through the State Treasury units or through the virtual private space.
An investor can make one or more subscriptions within the issue. Investors have the option to cancel already issued subscriptions only during the subscription period by submitting an application.
Individuals who are 18 years old on the day of subscription can participate. Income received from investing in a savings offer launched by the Ministry of Finance is not taxed.
Government securities have a nominal value of 1 lei and are in dematerialized form.
