Made in China Honda e:NP1 and e:NS1, new Honda e:Ny1 is a 100% electric version of the HR-V, which is already becoming the brand’s bestseller in France.

Honda e:Ny1: elegant, technological style

The second 100% electric model in the range, after the Honda e, this 100% electric B-segment city SUV is based on the new e:N Architecture F platformwhich combines a highly rigid body, low center of gravity and optimized floor aerodynamics to guarantee a fun and soothing ride.

Its elegant styling is characterized by a short front overhang, flared wheel arches, wide tracks and hidden rear door handles. e:Ny1 also contains New Honda brand, with new “H” logos that can be found on the front fascia, rims or steering wheel. At the back, the wording “Honda” on the trunk door is made in a new, more modern font, which will be found on future electric cars of the brand.

On board e:Ny1, the Japanese company promises spaciousness and comfort. The new center console features controls within easy reach, storage space and an induction charger for smartphones, while a simplified dashboard emphasizes the large 15.1-inch vertical touch screen in its center. It allows you to control Honda’s new infotainment system by adjusting various driving parameters.

Honda e:Ny1: range up to 412 km

Under the hood is an electric motor with maximum power 204 horsepower (150 kW) for 310 Nm of torque, which promises smooth and comfortable acceleration and deceleration. A is hiding under the floor lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 68.8 kWhoffering to Range 412 km (according to the WLTP cycle) and compatible with fast charging 78 kW direct current, restoring from 10 to 80% of power in just 45 minutes. The new Honda e:Ny1 will be released duringsummer 2023 in Europe at rates to be announced later. The first deliveries are expected next fall.
