Moments of anxiety and horror were experienced by family members in Nea Magnesia, Thessaloniki early Tuesday morning (9/5) when they understood that a man broke into their house to rob them.

According to the information, the 21-year-old robber, a Pakistani citizen, entered the house at about 03:40, when the family was sleeping, and began to search the premises. However, the owners woke up and in an attempt to immobilize him, he attacked the owner’s son, but was eventually immobilized and arrested.

As part of the police investigation, it turned out that from April 19, 2023 to May 9, 2023, the detainee committed three more similar robberies and thefts in the area, during which he took a total of three mobile phones, 800 euros, a watch worth 300 euros, two bank maps and personal documents of the victims.
