PSD Agriculture Minister Petre Daea subordinates several family members to institutions coordinated by the ministry he heads:daughter, son-in-law, daughter-in-law and wife. More recently, the minister’s daughter-in-law Antonia Lucian (32 years old), who in 2020 got a job as an adviser at the Agency for Payments and Interventions in Agriculture, joined this “club”. Previously, she worked in her own company of “dance courses” and “event dancers”, writes g4media.ro.

At the time of his employment, Daea was not a minister, but his wife, mother-in-law Antonia, was the head of human resources at the payment agency. During Daea’s previous ministerial mandate, from 2017-2019, his daughter – at the Rural Investment Financing Agency – and his son-in-law – at the National Livestock Agency, worked in two institutions under the Ministry of Agriculture.
