Tsipras: In 15 days SYRIZA will win, desired changes are coming

Confident in the victory of SYRIZA in the elections, the official leader of the opposition appeared today, Alexis Tsiprass., in his speech in Lamia.

“In 15 days, the nightmare ends, the long-awaited changes come, SYRIZA wins the elections and the way is opened for a government of progressive cooperation. Wherever I am in our country, the message is the same: “Further, so far, things will not work.” So far, with discredit, targeting, indifference, arrogance, dirty self-interest, nepotism, injustice,” said Alexis Tsipras, speaking at the People’s Square.

“For four years now, this government has failed at all the most important things,” commented Alexis Tsipras in connection with the pandemic, the energy crisis, the crisis of accuracy. “Dirty self-interest has the signature of the Mitsotakis government (…) 4 years ago they ordered people to improve their jobs, raise wages, improve pensions and staffing. Where did all this go after 4 years?

“This is where the middle class, in whose name Mr. Mitsotakis won the election, began to live on vouchers. There are passes everywhere, but, in the end, you won’t go anywhere with Mr. Mitsotakis’s passes,” he commented.

He also accused the government of “the collapse of the rule of law”, “illegal surveillance”, “direct orders”, “10 billion closed tenders”. and the salaries of the Blue Golden Boys.

Mr Tsipras accused the government of discrediting public health, saying that in the Lamia State Hospital “we left 111 doctors, today there are less than 100. In 19 there were 7 pulmonologists, today there is one. There were 10 doctors in the intensive care unit, today there are only 4.” “This is the policy of Mitsotakis: everything public is left to its fate and discredited in order to satisfy great private interests.”
