Despite two half-time substitutions, Wolfsburg conceded again in the 54th minute to Bellingham, with Adeyemi making it two five minutes later.
In the 65th minute, the same Adeyemi missed a penalty, but in the 86th Bellingham doubled and set the final score.
With three rounds remaining in the season, Dortmund are second in the Bundesliga with 64 points, just one point behind leaders Bayern Munich.
