
The intervention of the prosecutor’s office caused a video to be released showing a schoolgirl being brutally beaten by underage girls in Thessaloniki.
The Prosecutor for Criminal Prosecution, on the order of the Chief of the Prosecutor’s Office of First Instance of Thessaloniki, Dimitris Smirni, ordered a preliminary check by the Department for the Protection of Minors of the Security Directorate of Thessaloniki.
The crimes investigated by the prosecutor’s order include the infliction of dangerous bodily harm in the order of following and participation in it (note: in addition to individuals, other persons are also watching the beating), such as also recording and storing personal data, since the incident, throughout appears to have been recorded on a mobile phone.
The mother of a 14-year-old victim complains that her daughter was repeatedly beaten by the same underage girls.
