ORADEI: The weighted average price per square meter of old apartments in Oradea increased in March by 1% compared to the previous month and by 7% compared to the same period last year. Prices for new apartments decreased by 2% compared to the previous month, and by 1% compared to last year.

In TIMISOAR, prices for old apartments decreased by 1% in March 2023, but increased by 5% compared to 2022, while prices for new apartments in Timisoara remained the same in March, but were 7% higher compared to March last year. .
