The FRF announced on Tuesday that the 2023 Romanian Cup final will take place on May 24 at the 12,363-capacity Municipal Stadium in Sibiu.

The final of the Romanian Cup will be held in Sibiu

In March, the Romanian Football Federation organized a friendly match between the youth national team of Romania and Germany in Sibiu, which ended in a 0:0 draw.

In recent years, the final of the Romanian Cup was held at the Rapid Stadium (Bucharest – 2022), the Ilie Oane Stadium (Ploiesti – 2017, 2019, 2020, 2021) and the National Arena (Bucharest – 2016, 2018).

  • Wednesday, April 26

19:00 Cluj University – UTA Arad.

The final of the Romanian Women’s Football Cup is being held at the “Arcul de Triumf” stadium.

Also, during the meeting on April 25, the venue for the final of the Romanian Women’s Football Cup was determined. The match, scheduled for June 11, 2023, will be held at the Arc de Triomphe National Sports Complex in Bucharest.

So far, CS Gloria 2018 Bistriţa-Năsăud, AFK Csikszereda Miercurea Ciuc and Carmen București have qualified for the semi-finals of the competition. The last quarter-final of ACS Banat Girls vs FC Universitatea Cluj will take place on May 3, 2023. The semifinals will take place on June 4, 2023.
