Voters registered in special electoral lists abroad have the right to participate in parliamentary elections outside Greece.
At the same time, voting at all polling stations outside of Greece will last from 7:00 to 19:00 local time in each country.
The 5th Department of the Council of Ministers, chaired by Vice President Margherita Gorzolidu and Rapporteur Christos Papanicolaou, by its Opinion No. 83/2013, recognized the aforementioned draft presidential decree as legal.
