According to the information, the areas, which, according to the inspectors, should be demolished, exceed 500 square meters. At the same time, a multi-million dollar fine, reportedly over 14 million euros, was issued yesterday for urban development violations found at a beach bar in Panormos (principe).
This is a construction penalty and a maintenance penalty calculated for each year of arbitrary construction maintenance. And in this case, the owner has the right to appeal within ten days. After its finalization, the law allows the suspension of economic activity if the owner does not proceed with the demolition of illegal / unauthorized buildings.
