On the cover, the magazine promised an exclusive interview with Schumacher, who has not been seen in public since a skiing accident in December 2013.

Die Aktuelle stated that this is the first interview with the seven-time Formula 1 world champion: “No half-sentences from friends. Answers from him. From Michael Schumacher, 54 years old!”.

Only after the interview was published, the magazine reported that it was an article created by a chatbot.

A spokesman for Schumacher’s family announced that the family will go to court in this case, writes News.ro.

On December 29, 2013, former Formula 1 driver Michael Schumacher was the victim of a skiing accident in the French resort of Meribel.
