A video has appeared on social networks that captures the moment a Russian tank was hit by a Ukrainian kamikaze drone, and the footage was taken from a combat vehicle of the Russian army.
In the footage, for a split second, a kamikaze drone can be seen rushing towards a Russian tank, crashing into its front and causing a powerful explosion.

It is not known whether the combat vehicle was disabled by the impact, but the fact that the video later appeared on social networks indicates that its crew or at least some of the Russian tankers remained alive.
Interestingly, the video also shows the Russian crew installing a makeshift “roof” on top of the tank, an improvisation that Moscow tankers have been resorting to since the first months of the war to try to give their vehicles better protection against a Javelin attack. or NLAW systems.
However, numerous videos have shown that the effectiveness of these improvisations, which some observers of the war in Ukraine have dubbed “protective cages”, is at least questionable.
In recent months, a growing number of videos have appeared on social media showing Ukrainian drone operators using kamikaze drones to target tanks, armored vehicles and other Russian military equipment, in some cases directly inside combat vehicles, through their hatches.
But this appears to be the first video of its kind shot by Russian tankers themselves, and footage from inside the combat vehicles that Putin sent to Ukraine is extremely rare.
One of the few videos on this matter appeared on social networks in July of last year, showing the interior of a Soviet T-62 tank, where one of the tankers shouts “Allah akbar!”. immediately before firing from the combat vehicle.
