Kovasnen opened the scoring with Dumitrescu’s header (’28), but the hosts won thanks to goals from Birlighea (’44) and Deak (’53).

In the 62nd minute, Ninai (Sepsi) was sent off after the second yellow card.

With this result, CFR moved closer to Farul Constanța by one point (the leader will meet FCSB on Monday). Instead, Sepsi goes in the 6th place of the playoffs.
