A fan tells how he found Lionel Messi’s address

Polkan, a player with Italian futsal team IBS Le Crete, said he took two days off to travel to Paris and explained how he found out where Messi lived.

“Many people have spoken to me to find out the address, but out of respect I will not tell you. I’ve searched the internet but there’s literally no sign of it. I managed to get it from a hairdresser who visited him and lives in Paris. He didn’t tell me exactly, but he gave me hints. When I arrived in the area at 8am, it took me about 45 minutes to find her” – Juan Polcancited by Zonales

A fan waited ten hours in front of Lionel Messi’s house

“I waited because of love, because I wanted to meet him. I only had a cappuccino for breakfast and didn’t eat anything else until 9pm when I got back to the hotel. People walked past me, looked at me and probably guessed it was something to do with Messi because of the shirt.

I was waiting for him at 9 in the morning when I saw that he had gone to practice. At first I was alone, and during lunch I was joined by another guy who brought him a painting that looked incredible” – Juan Polcan.

The cited source claims that the day was full of adventure for Polkan. Messi returned home around 1:00 p.m., and Antonella Roccuzzo (Lionel’s wife, who was picking up the children) promised the fan that she would have the opportunity to meet her idol. But she ignored him when he returned and the security guard told him he would call the police if he didn’t leave.

“I arranged two days to see him, I couldn’t turn it down. Antonella appears out of nowhere, points to the door and says “go, go.” This scene made the biggest impression on me: he opened the door of our house. She could have sent us somewhere else, but she preferred to let us into her house” – Juan Polcan.

Lionel Messi and the autograph that will remain on the fan’s hand

Face to face with his idol, Polkan wanted to thank Messi “not for the World Cup, but for the fact that he has illuminated my life since childhood. You always motivate me and put a smile on my face every game.”

Wearing shorts and slippers, the Argentina captain posed for a photo with his fan and autographed his IBS Le Crete T-shirt as well as his arm.

“He hugged me and autographed my arm. Then I realized how excited I was. My hand was shaking like never before and Lionel calmed me down to make sure the autograph went as smoothly as possible. I went to the Arc de Triomphe to get her tattooed. The other guy I went with was a tattoo artist and he helped me out. I did it in the middle of the street” – Juan Polcan.

In his Instagram post, Polkan said his goal was “not to go viral or anything like that. I want people to know who Messi is, his simplicity, his modesty.”
