President Klaus Iohannis tells those who celebrate Easter on Sunday that the Resurrection of the Lord can bring joy to their souls, the gift of communication with loved ones, the reward of peace and harmony, writes News.ro. Johannis also has a message for those who celebrate Flowers.

Here is the full message of President Klaus Iohannis on the occasion of Easter, which is celebrated by Roman Catholic, Reformed, Unitarian and Evangelical Christians, as well as the Flower Festival, which is celebrated by Orthodox, Greek Catholic, Armenian and Neo-Protestant cults:

“On the occasion of Holy Easter, I send warm wishes of health and prosperity to the believers of Roman Catholics, Reformed, Unitarians and Evangelicals of Romania! May the Resurrection of the Lord bring joy to your souls, the gift of communication with loved ones, the reward of peace and harmony.

At the same time, I sincerely congratulate everyone who celebrates Flowers today.

Holy Easter generously gives us the meaning, warmth and power of Christian values, which continue to be our guide in difficult times. May the holiday of the Resurrection of the Lord bring everyone a meeting with their relatives in the light of hope, love and faith!”.
