Androulakis: Fight everywhere to prevent neo-Nazi formation from entering parliament

With a speech to friends and leaders PASOK-Movement for Change, Nikos Androulakis ended his visit to Kalavryta, where he made it clear that his party would stand in the way of the return of fascist forces to parliament.

“PASOK-Movement for Change voted in favor of an amendment to stand in the way of a neo-Nazi criminal organization that wants to participate in a democratic political system from prison. I want to send a clear message from this place of martyrdom: the laws exist, but it is also the will of the Greek people. And since we have seen much in previous years, the Greek people must intervene with their vote as an obstacle and prevent the people who stained their hands with the blood of Fissa, people who are apologists, from entering the Greek parliament. for Hitler and those who shed the blood of Greece in Kalavryta and other places of martyrdomsaid Mr. Androulakis and pointed out, “Memory is the guardian. Democracy is a guard, and we, the Democratic Party, whose DNA is the struggle and sacrifice of the Greek people, will fight in every part of Greece so that this neo-Nazi formation does not find a place in the Greek Parliament.”

The President of PASOK-KINAL launched a new attack on the Prime Minister, saying: “If Mr. Mitsotakis thinks we have a presidential democracy and his alternative is Mr. Tsipras who is blackmailing the votes of the Greek people, we support the path of this fear mechanism, and we bring hope and perspective through a responsible social democratic program that has two main goals: a competitive productive economy and a strong welfare state.”

Commenting on the decision to “freeze” bank interest rates, he pointed out that Mr. Mitsotakis cannot play the role of Pontius Pilate when banks make significant profits from interest rate differentials, and added that it is confirmed that “the ND priority the government should serve the oligarchs, not to the majority of the Greek people.” “If Mr. Mitsotakis thinks that he will bribe with these cheap communication games the Greek people, who see that health care costs are the third highest in Europe, that schools are discredited, that universities are in a terrible state collapsed, inequality has increased, and he comes in the parapent to say what? Now he has become prime minister, a few days before the national elections?” Mr. Androulakis stressed.

Speaking about the primary sector, he insisted that “we cannot talk about the agri-food sector without focusing on products that are competitive in international markets, on our PDO products like feta.”

Finally, he reiterated the PASOK Movement for Change proposal for a strong primary health care network. “During the pandemic in European states, the COVID breakwater was the primary treatment. That’s where they went for vaccines and medical services so that the big hospitals continue to offer services to cancer patients and people with serious illnesses, not the collapse of preventive medicine. That is why we maintain a strong primary health care network to reach the standards of other European countries,” emphasized the President of PASOK-KINAL.
