The leaders of the two countries will discuss the process of creating the Union State of Russia and Belarus, according to a statement released by the Kremlin.
On the second day of the Belarusian president’s visit to the Russian capital, Lukashenka and Putin will hold talks on “topical bilateral and international issues,” the report says.
