To conduct investigative actions and establish the conditions and circumstances under which the traffic accident occurred, road transport police teams went to the hospital, as well as to the scene of the incident,” the source said.

On this fact, a criminal proceeding was opened on the fact of intentional bodily injury, which is under the supervision of the prosecutor’s office of the 1st district court.
