Lamborghini has announced a model that will replace the Aventador in its range. It’s called the Revuelto, it has a V12 petrol engine, as well as three electric motors, and the top speed will be 350 km/h. In 2028, the Italians will release the first fully electric model, and in 2029, the second will be released.

With a V12 engine and three small electric motors, the Lamborghini Revuelto will develop 1,001 horsepower, accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.5 seconds and cost 500,000 euros.

The name can be translated as “naughty” or “disobedient”. Production will begin in a few months, and the first customers will see their cars at the end of 2023.

The fact that this model is a hybrid that can also be charged from an outlet is very special. The electric motors are not too powerful, the lithium-ion battery is 3.8 kWh, which means that the car can travel a maximum of 10 km on electricity.

The V12 gasoline engine has an atmospheric volume of 6.5 liters and develops 813 hp. It weighs 217 kg, which is 18 kg less than the V12 engine in the Aventador.

By the end of 2024, the Huracan and Urus models will have hybrid versions.
