Air flowthe American manufacturer of the famous riveted aluminum caravans of the same name, recently introduced a luxury caravan conceptdeveloped in partnership with designers Porsche FA Studio.

This trailer, which is called Airstream Studio FA Porsche Concept Travel Trailer, is the result of a collaboration between the teams of the two brands based in Austria and the United States: the teams of the Porsche design studio have created a futuristic caravan inspired by the refined style of Airstream caravans. The concept is currently only a 1/3 scale model, and we’re unveiling it with these first 3D renderings.

All essential equipment for the ride is built into the chassis, such as the air conditioning system, water tanks, heating system, spare wheel and lithium battery.

Thus, due to its efficient design, this caravan is aimed at electric vehicle users. With improved aerodynamics, a first for an Airstream, and the use of materials such as carbon fiber, weight and aerodynamics have been optimized to reduce tractor consumption. The autonomy of the model is also facilitated by a system of solar panels and a battery.

Inside, there is a welcoming and neatly decorated space with many bay windows that provide as much natural light as possible. Caravan also has a rear hatch enjoy outdoor living, such as dining in the large living room.

At night, this space turns into a double bed 155 x 208 cm, while at the front there is a bathroom with a revolving wall that allows the shower area to be separated from the toilet. The kitchen offers all the necessary equipment for cooking while traveling: a two-burner induction stove, sink, work surface, compressor refrigerator and plenty of storage space.
