An Indian company has planned the longest bus journey in the world, which will last 56 days.
In August, the bus will carry a total of 30 passengers, stopping in 22 countries, starting in Istanbul, crossing the Balkans, passing through Eastern Europe, Scandinavia, Western Europe, and arriving in the UK.
Those who decide to take this trip will find themselves at the North Cape, the northernmost point of continental Europe, and will also enjoy a cruise through the Norwegian fjords.
The entire package, which will cost travelers $24,300, includes daily breakfast, 30 lunches and dinners, and all nights at the hotel.
According to CNN, the car is described as a “special luxury bus designed for comfortable long-distance travel.”
According to the Guinness Book of Records, the current longest bus route in the world stretches for 6,200 kilometers and connects Lima, Peru, with Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Last year, the Swiss railway company Rhaetian Railway set the record for the world’s longest train by launching a 1.9 km long 100-car train from Preda, Switzerland to Bergen.
The bus to London is due to leave Istanbul on 7 August and arrive in London on 1 October. If he succeeds, then it can also get into the Guinness Book of Records.
