The first round of the Euro 2024 qualifiers continued on Friday with some interesting matches, with the France-Netherlands headliner ending in favor of the world runners-up and Moldova finally rescuing a point at home to the Faroe Islands.

France beat the Netherlands after a perfect first half

Didier Deschamps’ men put on a real show of force against the Netherlands, winning 4-0 at home.

Antoine Griezmann opened the score two minutes after Mbappe’s pass. Six minutes after the free kick performed by the “Atletico” player, the ball reached Upamecano, who doubled the lead.

Kylian Mbappe’s 21st-minute winner made it 3-0 at half-time. The PSG star scored a late double in the 88th minute to give France a great start to their Euro 2024 campaign.
