A 27-year-old man was arrested in Kifisia by DIAS police for attempted rape and sexual indecent acts.

Approximately an hour before the arrest, the accused suddenly approached from behind two women and committed obscene acts at their expense.

In one instance, he actually pushed the victim to isolate him in a section of the roadway where there were leaves.

The woman resisted and managed to free herself, while the accused fled.

A little later, the police from the DI.AS team. searchers found the 27-year-old boy in the Kifissia area, they took him to the Kifisiya security department, where he was identified as having committed the above acts.

During the preliminary investigation, another case of sexual depravity committed by the defendant in the afternoon of January 30 in the Kifissia region against a minor was revealed.

The detainee was taken to the prosecutor’s office in Athens.
