The prosecutor’s office initiated a criminal case against all the heads of OSE companies, as well as political figures who had supervision of the Organization, in order to investigate criminal liability in all directions for tragedy in Tempe.

The petition was filed on behalf of one of the victims of the tragic incident in Tempi, asking for an investigation into any physical or moral responsibility of those responsible for actions or omissions, whether they are EfE leaders or politicians. A petition, like others already filed, can become a means of bringing the case to Parliament. The petition was filed by lawyers Theodoros Mantas and Loukas Apostolidis.

Moreover, as the judicial investigation to identify the perpetrators of the tragedy, more and more relatives of the victims, as well as survivors of the accident, go to court either to bring them to criminal liability or to demand civil compensation.
