According to a relevant statement from the Ministry of Health, the purpose of the bill is to:
– modernization and codification of legislation relating to pharmaceutical associations and their activities, including the Panhellenic Pharmaceutical Association, considering that the current institutional structure, defined by Law 3601/1928 (A’119), has been superseded and is in force today, ninety-five (95) years later since its adoption it has become obsolete and its provisions in some cases contradict, overlap or have been repealed.
– to achieve the optimal functioning of the Pharmaceutical Associations and the Panhellenic Pharmaceutical Association in a way that, on the one hand, is completely modern, efficient and transparent, and, on the other hand, is consistent with their dual nature as legal entities. public law, associative nature.
