Statements of Christodoulidis

For his part, Mr. Christodoulides said that Greece and Cyprus mourn after the tragedy in Tempe, noting that those in power must do everything possible so that this does not happen again.

“Greece and Cyprus, as members of a large European family, must prove by their actions that we are pillars of stability and security,” the President of the Republic of Cyprus said at the time.

In addition, he expressed Thank you to the Greek side, which regards the Cyprus problem as a leading national and European problem.
