The Alexandria Department of Security filed a case against a 13-year-old for lewd acts and sexual acts against a 12-year-old.

According to the report, a 12-year-old teenager from Agathia, Imathia, came to the police with his mother and reported that the 13-year-old boy, at least from August 1, 2022 to Wednesday, March 8, 2023, threatened and used violence (blows with hands and legs), raped him.

Following the filing of a complaint by the Forensic Medical Service of Thessaloniki, a forensic medical examination was carried out and, as it turned out, traces of sexual violence were found.
