Quickly, a ban on transfer for debt to Milisavlevich

Rapid Bucharest have received a new transfer ban after facing this problem in the past.

After paying historic €1.4m debts to Julio Cesar and Daniel Paulista, the Giulesti club still have to pay €92,000 to Nemanja Milisavljevic.

The footballer played for Rapid from July 2012 to January 2013, before the old club went bankrupt.

“I don’t understand his urge, this desperation. We agreed to pay him €92,000 by the end of March. But they hastened to draw up documents to ban our transfers. Please, it does not concern us, we pay this month and close everything. It was an anticipated payment,” said Daniel Nikulae for GSP.

And FCSB was banned by FIFA

According to AS.ro, on Friday FIFA received another transfer ban from FIFA due to non-payment of financial aid to a player who belonged to a club that was later disbanded.

Both teams have until the summer after the end of the league to pay their debts in order to be able to make transfers during the mercato period.
