Tiger Woods’ ex-girlfriend is seeking $30 million in damages

The two lived together in a home in Hobe Sound, Florida, where Woods’ ex-partner claims she traded “valuable favors” to live there for free, TMZ Sports reports.

According to Herman, they broke up last fall after Woods allegedly tricked her into thinking he was going on vacation. She said the driver took her to the airport, where she was told she would not be allowed to return to the shared apartment.

Erica Herman is now asking the player for $30 million in rent compensation, saying she has a “verbal lease” with Woods that would have allowed her to live there for another five years after the divorce.

Herman also claims that more than $40,000 of her money was confiscated from the home after she was evicted.

The lawsuit was filed against the Tiger Trust, which owns the house in question.

Erica Herman’s lawyers say the $30 million was from the “reasonable rental value” of the house for the remaining five years, according to the agreement.

However, Tiger Woods’ team claims that there was never such a verbal agreement and that Herman only lived there as a girlfriend.
