“Today, before the Head of the Office of the Prosecutor of Appeal, Mr. Larisis Daskalopoulos, we will file a motion in which, on the one hand, we will state our direct objection to the possibility of replacing the aforementioned Judicial Officer and the officials of the Prosecutor’s Office, who have so far supervised the investigation and promptly conducted exceptional investigative actions, as we have learned from the study of the case file formed to date, and at the same time, we ask that instead of replacing Ms. Surlas and Mr. Tsamalis, the head of the Larisinsky Court of First Instance, immediately decides on the appointment of a second full-time investigator for the speedy conduct and complete the investigative process,” Mr. Kouy’s office said in a press release.
