Street fights and chases followed in the central streets of Volos, groups of anti-authoritarians went to the central buildings of the University of Thessaly and locked themselves in its premises, and the young man was arrested by the police.
Significant damage was also caused to the historical and preserved building of the Volos railway station, where young people broke windows and painted the walls of the building with paints and slogans.
