
His press secretary launched an attack on the government SYRIZA-PSPopi Tsapanidou about the tragedy in Tempe and the candidacy of Karamanlis.
“At a time when Greek society, young people are asking for answers about the tragedy, the government, the stationmaster, the regulator, previous governments are to blame…” says Ms. Tsapanidou.
And adds: “The responsible minister, Mr. Karamanlis, who changed the contracts with TRAINOSE at the expense of the state and the security of the railways, as if nothing had happened, will again be a candidate.“.
“The argument that others are to blame, not the government, apart from being outrageous, is also disrespectful to the families of the victims,” Ms Tsapanidou concludes.
