
The Senate wants to buy 22 limousine cars, and the Chamber of Deputies buys maintenance and repair services for 48 cars from its fund.
According to e-licitatie.ro, the estimated value of the contract for the supply of 22 limousines to the Senate is 4,537,815.13 lei, i.e. more than 900,000 euros, writes Agerpres. The deadline for receiving proposals or applications for participation is April 6.
The public procurement contract will be concluded through an open online auction based on the lowest price criterion.
Repair of terraces, fences and gates
The Senate is also procuring design services for the overhaul of the passage terraces in building E3, height +31.50 m and height +25.50 m, in the Palace of Parliament, for a total estimated cost of 300,000 lei, as well as a measurement contract. works of some buildings, including two elevators, for the UPS power supply related to the Romanian Senate servers, as well as the replacement of electrical panels related to the architectural lighting on the terrace of the A1 building, at an estimated cost of 1,263,045.3 lei.
In addition, the Senate wants to carry out major repairs of the fence and the houses near the entrance gates A1 and B3 with a total estimated cost of 4,470,792.89 lei.
Chamber of Deputies, a contract of more than 85,000 for car maintenance
At the same time, the Chamber of Deputies purchases maintenance and repair services for the Chamber’s vehicles: 30 AUDI cars, three BMWs, five VOLKSWAGENs and seven MERCEDESs, for the period 01.05-31.12.2023.
The government procurement contract will be concluded online using a simplified procedure, the criterion being the lowest price.
The estimated total value of the contract is 427,058.82 lei – more than 85,000 euros – for the period until 12/31/2023 and 640,588.24 lei in the case of an extension until 04/30/2024. The deadline for receiving proposals or applications for participation is March 14, 2023.
The Chamber of Deputies also procures computer network repair services with a total estimated value of 630,252.1 lei, as well as technical support services for security equipment to protect web traffic and access to the e-mail server, in the amount of 210,084,04 lei.
