The EPO Appeal Committee rejected the appeal filed by PAE AEK against the decision of the first instance of the Superleague Disciplinary Body regarding the match against Atromitos.
The relevant message, which was posted on Wednesday on the EPO website, states that “the Appeal Committee formally accepted and essentially rejected the PAE AJC appeal against s. 54/14.02.2023 decisions of the Main sole disciplinary body of the Superleague”.
Recall that the match in Peristeri did not start, because after a corresponding check it was found that the goalposts were not at the expected height.
The match at the Peristeri Stadium is now to be decided by the Superliga.
