The Curtain opened with the melodies of the Philharmonic Orchestra of the Municipality of Athens, and Gogo Tsamba took the baton. A popular performer of folk traditional songs, accompanied by her orchestra, woke up everyone present today in Philopappou, “tempting” them to a real Greek holiday.

There was no shortage of meatless dishes such as traditional lagana, bean salad and halva, which were offered to those present at the feast.
