Andy Murray played another spectacular match in Doha and reached the final of the tournament, overcoming Jiri Lehechka in 3 sets with a score of 6-0, 3-6, 7-6.

Andy Murray, the ATP Doha finalist – the Brit eliminated Jiri Leheček

After a battle that lasted 2 hours and 31 minutes, Andy Murray (70 ATP) reached the final of the tournament in Doha.

Murray won the first set with a ruthless score of 6-0, but the Czech came back in the second set to win it 6-3.

In the decisive set, it seemed that everything was going to the victory of Jirza Lehechka. With the score 5-3, Murray saved 5 match points and made an impressive comeback.

It came to a tie-break, where the Briton had stronger nerves, thanks to which he reached the final.

In the grand final, Andy Murray will meet the winner of the duel between Daniil Medvedev (8 ATP) and Felix Auger-Aliassime (9 ATP).

The Qatar ExxonMobil Open (Doha) will be held from February 20 to 26 on hard, is part of the ATP 250 category and has a total prize fund of $1,377,025. The titular champion is Roberto Bautista Agut (2022).
