He was sentenced by the Joint Jury to 37 years in prison (of which 20 years of probation). The acts, according to the indictment, were committed in the period from 2009 to 2013, but it took several years for the attention of the prosecution authorities, namely in 2021, when one of the victims became an adult. It seems that the parents of the children knew about what was happening, since one of the videos fell into their hands, but chose to remain silent, and the district attorney accused them of “criminal negligence.”

As it became known, minor victims (born in 2003, 2004 and 2006) spent several hours in the house of their grandparents due to the work of their parents. A 53-year-old man also lived in the same house. “He seemed nice and quiet to us, but in fact he was a monster,” one of the brothers of the defendants said from the witness stand.

In his confession, he confessed to his actions, apologizing to his siblings while stating that he was sorry for his actions.

Earlier in her verdict, the district attorney asked for an exemplary sentence for him to “acquit innocent souls.” “The wolf was assigned to guard the sheep,” the prosecutor said, emphasizing that the criminal destroyed not only the body, but also the soul of the children.
