
A military plane crashed in the Valuy district of the Belgorod region of Russia, the governor of the region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, reported on Thursday, reports the Russian news agency TASS.
“A Ministry of Defense plane crashed in Valuyskyi. An investigative-operational group and employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations are currently working at the scene,” he wrote.
According to Gladkov, the cause of the plane crash is unknown, the situation is under control.
