This was confirmed by yesterday’s meeting of the National Delegation, during which a bill was adopted by the Ministry of Finance with provisions on state private propertyas well as the legislative initiative of the government regarding out-of-court settlement.

Characteristic of the climate was the intervention of the Prime Minister in the debate and, in particular, his mention of the spring elections, the speeches of the two leaders of the parliamentary groups, Mr. M. Katrini (PASOK) and G. Waroufaki (MeRA25)At the same time, the fact that, in addition to the ruling majority, the arrows of criticism, especially from minor opposition parties, have repeatedly received SYRIZA.

Mr. Staikouras and Mr. Varoufakis accused the official opposition party of removing the protection of the first residence.

“For a very long time, the country has been in a protracted pre-election period under the responsibility of the government,” said Mr. Katrinis, taking the floor immediately after the prime minister, noting, among other things: “N.D. participates with SYRIZA in creating a toxic political climate. SYRIZA, for its part, speaks of progressive governance when its political record is weighed down by collaboration with the far-right Independent Greeks. And he added: “PASOK claims to vote citizens with clear and specific policy positions, and the goal is for these policy positions to be the content of the new government. For PASOK’s participation in the government, the inviolable condition is the acceptance of the programmatic framework that it will present in order to reach an agreement on the formation of a government.”

On behalf of SYRIZA, in his capacity as parliamentary representative, Mr. Evkl. Tsakalotos noted that he was upset by Mr. Katrinis, and in attacks on the government he used a phrase that sounded from the lips of G.G. K.E. KKE, D. Kutsumba: “That’s who you are. What you’re interested in is jobs for your people, for market solutions.” Ms. Diamanto Manolaku did not ignore this choice of Mr. Tsakalotos on behalf of the Communist Party: “To restore the truth of what the KKE means: when we say ‘you are’ we include SYRIZA as a government and as an opposition” .

At the same time, in the repeated attacks by officials of the official opposition party that the government had abolished the protection of the first residence, as the Minister of Finance Chr. Staikouras and Mr. Varoufakis spoke about the responsibilities of SYRIZA: “In 2017, you legalized electronic auctions.
