
Countdown to her music competition Eurovision, began. On Wednesday, the BBC announced the hosts and commentators for this year’s event, which will take place in May Liverpool United Kingdom.

More than 160 million people worldwide are expected to watch the competition, according to the BBC.
The UK, which finished second with Sam Ryder last year, is hosting the competition on behalf of Ukraine, which is unable to host such a massive event due to the ongoing Russian invasion of the country.

Waddingham said it was “a great privilege” to be in Eurovision. “This is one of the biggest music festivals in the world,” said the Game of Thrones and Sex Education actress. And he added: “But this year, perhaps more than ever, I am honored to stand next to Ukraine, a country that remains so strong and united.”

Of her participation in the competition, Dixon said, “There’s something special about looking forward to performing live that you can’t compare to. Eurovision offers that excitement, creativity and talent, but on a massive global scale.”
In a statement about this year’s event, Sanina, leader of female alternative group The Hardkiss, said: “I’m so excited to showcase Ukrainian culture and creativity, to help organize an event that my country can be proud of. I can’t wait to go to Liverpool and meet the fans and the rest of the Eurovision family.”

Regarding Norton, he said that the contest is “the best event in the world”. “Every year I participate in one way or another, I am honored. This year is even better, and I personally feel a great responsibility to make my Ukrainian colleagues proud,” he said.
